Produced by Alex Gibney’s Academy Award-winning Jigsaw Productions, GENERATION HUSTLE is a 10-part HBO Max anthology that profiles the most brilliant and brazen young individuals, some of whom go too far by pulling off the most wildly inventive scams of our time. It’s about money on the surface, but in most cases, it’s money as the starting point where it becomes about something bigger and deeper and more complicated. Maybe it’s identity, maybe it's status, or maybe it’s just wanting to be somebody you’re not.

Each standalone episode offers a fresh and concise take on the various crimes or acts of deception committed by Anna Sorokin (aka Anna Delvey), the Hollywood Con Queen, the rise and fall of WeWork, scam-rap artist Teejayx6, and the fascinating 30 year career of the Anthony Gignac, the closest to —a Colombian-born orphan who used the high-ranking persona of the son of the king of Saudi Arabia to fraudulently secure a series of schemes that he presented as being backed by the family fortune. Moving in an entourage of Rolls-Royces and Ferraris, and his every whim tended to by uniformed housekeepers and armed bodyguards, he led international investors to know him as His Royal Highness Khalid bin al-Saud.
